What we collect and why
Bookings and enquiries. When you contact us or make a booking, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address and phone number) so we can respond and manage your booking.
Ticket purchases. When you buy event tickets through our website, your order details (name, email, billing address) are collected to process and confirm your order. Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal — they are never stored on our website.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, and where they click. Clarity may replay anonymised browsing sessions; it automatically masks text you type and never captures payment details. We also use a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools use cookies and collect technical information such as device type and approximate location. They do not tell us who you are.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers that run parts of our website — our hosting provider, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and Google, Microsoft and Meta for analytics and advertising. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia (including the United States) under their own privacy policies.
We only send marketing emails to people who have asked to receive them, every email identifies us, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
