The regular service runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday around Mission Beach, with different pick-up times each day. Confirm service for your party date, the fare and your return arrangements with John at Mission Link.

How do we book a Christmas party?
Start by emailing our functions team or calling (07) 4088 6688 with your preferred date, guest count, party style and dietary needs. We’ll confirm availability, a quote and the next steps to book. Sending an enquiry does not reserve your date.
Can we choose our menu and drinks?
Tell us your preferred format and any dietary needs. Food and cocktails pictured are examples; your Christmas menu, portions, drinks and pricing are confirmed on enquiry.
Is the bus or accommodation included?
The regular local bus service and the nearby accommodation websites above are separate options. Confirm bus service and fares with Mission Link, and rates and availability with your accommodation provider. If you enquire about a package through the Tav, ask us to confirm exactly what it includes.
How many guests can you take for a Christmas party?
Christmas parties at the Tavern suit groups of 10–40 guests. Send your preferred date and headcount when you enquire and we’ll confirm what we can take.
Do you have outdoor space?
Yes. We have indoor space and a front verandah deck. Tell us your group size when you enquire and we’ll confirm the best fit for your party. We don’t lock groups into a named area until we talk through the details.
